Please note that delivery times vary based on destination and local customs procedures. International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes depending on your country and carrier. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Missing or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

A photo of the packing slip (for missing item claims)

A clear description of the issue
Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.
Note on Packaging Damage
All AM:CLUB products are packaged securely. If the outer packaging is damaged during shipping but the product inside is intact and functional, it does not qualify for a return or refund.
“Delivered” But Not Received
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but the package hasn’t arrived, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We’ll require official proof of loss or a formal claim confirmation before investigating further.
We do not accept claims for “delivered but not received” packages submitted more than 7 days after the delivery date.
Order Modifications
Want to make a change to your order (e.g. address, quantity, product)?
No problem — just email us within 12 hours of placing your order.
After that, your order may already be processing and cannot be changed.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel your order? Contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
After this window, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.
Processing & Tracking
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 calendar day, excluding weekends and holidays. You’ll receive your tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
